EPAC's International Training Camps provide a professional academy-style experience in a fun, safe, and positive environment.
Players improve technical ability, confidence, and game understanding, while parents can trust the quality and care of our coaching.

All camps are delivered by Premier League & English Football League academy-experienced coaches.

Player Groups

• 6 - 10 Years start at 8:00am - 11:00am. (48 spaces available)
• 11 - 16 Years start at 12:00pm - 3:00pm. (48 spaces available)

Coaching Setup

• Each morning & afternoon, players are split into 4 groups.
• Maximum 12 players per group.
• Grouped by age and ability where appropriate
• Players rotate Coaches and Topics during each day.
• Encourages communication, confidence, and adaptability
• High levels of individual feedback
• Technique corrected in real time

What We Coach

Sessions are topic-led, so players understand what they are learning and why, core topics include:
• Passing & Receiving
• Dribbling & Turning
• Finishing
• Movement & Coordination

Daily Session Structure
(Monday – Thursday)

Session Part 1 – Technical Development
• Technique and skill-based coaching
• 20-minute rotations through each topic
• Focus on correct technique, repetition, and confidence
• Players learn how to execute skills properly

Session Part 2 – Game-Based Learning
• Small-sided, competitive games
• Built around the same technical topics
• Players apply techniques under pressure
• Fun, challenging sessions that improve game understanding

Rotation Mode

• Players rotate through all topics and coaches
• Provides a well-rounded, challenging development experience
• Mirrors professional academy training environments

Testing & Feedback
(Fridays)
• Speed, Agility & Coordination (SAC) testing
• Delivered by a coach with an Exercise Science background
• Friday Skill Challenge Day
• Results recorded and shared with parents after camp
